Description
The Grand Canyon is an awesome spectacle that stirs the emotions. Not only does it change day to day but hour by hour. It imparts a sense of awe and wonder that borders on the spiritual. The Grand Canyon is 277 miles long, gets up to 18 miles in width and reaches depths of over a mile. It is hard to believe it is carved out by the Colorado River.
This photographic based artwork is an unique creation. I work with one of my photographs (sometimes more than one), using several professional digital tools in multiple steps, to create a one of a kind work of art. I call the outcome photographic art and am quite proud to include it in my gallery. Many of the photographs that I use in this process are also available in its original photographic form elsewhere in my gallery. Both these creative processes, photography and digital art, stimulate my passion and satisfy my creative persona.
