Description
Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah, is the home of incredible formations of all shapes and sizes, and incredible hues and tones. It is a photographers dream. This image was taken while hiking in the Queen's Garden area at Bryce Canyon. According to the park literature at least 60 tints of the basic colors red, yellow, and white, have been recognized.

On my list of must go photograph places. My mom always said this was one of her favorite places that she visited (probably in the 40s?) and I have her small black and white prints she and pop shot. I promised her I would go someday. Hopefully I'll get to do that.
