This image was taken at Red Canyon State Park in Utah. Red Canyon is a fascinating, other-worldly place with gigantic rock formations imbued with a deep red color. I added painterly enhancements and retouched several places in this image to try and capture the atmosphere I was feeling while hiking through this area. I rather like the results. I hope you do to. John, I like how you have given these rock formations a touch of red and made them look like they are glowing in places for a truly "other worldly effect"!
